I hadn’t been on a vacation in quite awhile. I didn’t even think I really needed one, but thanks to my friend Sophia who kind of 'pushed' - I spontaneously bought a ticket and before I knew it I was in Thailand.

If you're not able to take a vacation right now, I recommend, for starts, getting a hammock and lying in it for at least 15 minutes a day…

Food Focus: Coconuts

I love coconuts! One of the reasons I went to Thailand was to sit on the white sand and sip from one while looking at the sunset.

Coconuts are another one of gods gifts to us.
